Back to Park Information & Getting There No matter where you are coming from, getting to the Park is easy. If travelling from the city, northern, western or southern areas it is best to use the Beechboro Road entrance. If travelling from the east, the Lord street entrance is the most convenient. From Fremantle or south of the city: Take either the Canning Highway or Leach Highway to the Tonkin Highway. Travel north along the Tonkin Highway until you reach Reid Highway. Turn right into Reid Highway then left into Beechboro Road. Entrance to Whiteman Park is then approximately 3 km along Beechboro Road. From Perth city: Take either the Great Eastern Highway or Guilford Road to the Tonkin Highway. Travel north along the Tonkin Highway until you reach to Reid Highway. Turn right into Reid Highway then left into Beechboro Road. Entrance to Whiteman Park is then approximately 3 km along Beechboro Road. From Perth city Whiteman Park is only 22km away and a short drive of approximately 30 minutes. From east of Perth: If travelling from the east of Perth you can take either the Great Northern Highway or West Swan Road. If heading south along the Great Northern Highway turn right into Middle Swan Road (that changes into Reid Highway), travel for approximately 5km and then turn right into Lord Street. Continue along Lord Street and the entrance to Whiteman Park will be approximately 3km on the left. If taking the West Swan Road and heading north, turn left into Reid Highway and travel for approximately 2km until reaching Lord Street. Turn right and continue along Lord Street and the entrance to Whiteman Park will be approximately 3km on the left. From north of Perth: If travelling from the north of Perth you can take either the Mitchell Freeway or Wanneroo Road. If heading south along the Mitchell Freeway turn left into Reid Highway and continue along this road for approximately 17km until reaching Beechboro Road. Turn left into Beechboro Road and the entrance to Whiteman Park will be approximately 3km along this road, on the right-hand side. If heading south along Wanneroo Road turn left into Gnangara Road and continue along this road for approximately 10km until reaching Beechboro Road. Turn right into Beechboro Road and the entrance to Whiteman Park will be approximately 4km along this road, on the left-hand side.
