When our playground was built in 1997, it was the largest ever to be constructed in Western Australia and contained every item of playground equipment available from the play-equipment supplier.
It is fully fenced for safety, shaded for sun protection and offers challenging fun for children of all ages. Only 100 metres from the Information Centre, it is close to all Village attractions and amenities.
In the warmer months, the Water Playground is also open and this includes some fabulously wet activities with a wading pool, water cascades and water spouts. To help keep children cool and safe from the sun, there's a grassed area which includes shade shelters and the pool itself is partly shaded by an overhead canopy. The pool is only 300mm deep, so is intended primarily for toddlers, although children of any age are welcome to use it.
